In this role, you'll help seniors and their families learn about our programs, guide them through the enrollment process, and build strong partnerships throughout the community. About the Role

The Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator supports both Elderhaus PACE and Elderhaus at the Lake Adult Day Program, serving as a key resource for prospective participants, caregivers, referral partners, and community organizations.

You will:

• Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources
• Represent Elderhaus at community events, presentations, and outreach activities
• Educate seniors, families, and professionals about our programs and services
• Guide prospective participants through the enrollment process
• Coordinate tours, assessments, and enrollment documentation
• Maintain regular communication with families and referral partners
• Track outreach activities and support enrollment goals
• Supervise and support enrollment team members

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Services, or a related field preferred
• Experience in marketing, sales, healthcare, senior services, social services, or case management preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, healthcare, or senior services is a plus
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
