Job Description
Dreamwear is a leading wholesale intimate apparel and sleepwear company working with iconic brands such as Juicy Couture, Laura Ashley, Nautica, Danskin, and many more. Our longstanding global partnerships enable us to deliver beautifully designed, high-quality products with speed, value, and exceptional execution, making Dreamwear a trusted partner to many of the world's leading retailers.
We are entering an exciting period of growth with the addition of two renowned luxury intimates’ brands to our portfolio: Cosabella and Hanky Panky.
This role will lead the creative development and launch of Cosabella Sleepwear, helping establish the brand's aesthetic and product direction from the ground up. Celebrated for its Italian craftsmanship and unmistakably feminine point of view, Cosabella brings more than 40 years of premium design heritage, making this a rare opportunity to shape the future of an iconic brand.
In addition, this leader will serve as a mentor and creative resource for the talented team responsible for Hanky Panky Sleepwear. Rather than directly owning every aspect of the business, this individual will help develop the team's capabilities, provide strategic creative direction, and foster continued growth while empowering the designers to lead the day-to-day execution of the brand.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative design leader who enjoys building brands, developing talent, and influencing creative strategy across multiple businesses. Our Design team establishes the seasonal trend, color, print, and styling direction for each brand while partnering closely with Product Development, Sales, Merchandising, Graphics, and Technical Design to bring collections from concept through production. If interested, please review the details below and submit your resume and portfolio for review.

- Oversee concept development and coordinate sampling with Product Development to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Technical Design, Print & Graphics, and overseas factory partners throughout the product lifecycle.
- Guide print, graphic, branding, and packaging development to ensure consistency with each brand's identity.
- Review strike-offs, lab dips, prototypes, and samples to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved.
- Partner with Product Development on sourcing, costing, and material development.
- Ensure design packages, technical information, and artwork are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Attend fittings and provide design direction to achieve the desired aesthetic and fit.
- Present seasonal concepts and collections during internal meetings and customer presentations.
- Analyze selling performance and customer feedback to inform future product development.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and growth-oriented team culture.
