Looking for hands-on work where you can learn new skills? Penz Products is hiring a dependable person to operate production equipment and assemble parts in our plastics plant. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we will train someone who is willing to learn, works safely, and takes pride in doing a good job.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm but hours could vary

What you will do

• Learn to operate thermoforming machines that shape plastic into finished products.
• Trim, drill, and assemble parts using production equipment and hand tools.
• Check finished parts for quality and follow work instructions.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Build additional skills as you gain experience. Cross-training opportunities may include operating presses and brake presses in our steel plant.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is welcome but not required.
