Automotive Billing & Title Clerk in Putnam, Connecticut at Vachon Chevrolet Inc

• Position: Full-Time Automotive Billing & Title Clerk

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Duties

• Enter new, used, wholesale, and dealer-trade car deals.
• Process state DMV registrations, title work, and license plate transfers.
• Verify figures, costs, and commissions on all vehicle sales.
• Maintain and reconcile schedules for vehicle receivables, titles, and fees.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of auto dealership billing or title experience.
• Strong computer and office skills.
• Great attention to detail and knowledge of state title rules.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA-Ignite) a plus.
