Enrollment & Eligibility Analyst in San Juan at TPIS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Enrollment & Eligibility Analyst for one of our clients in the health insurance industry. The selected candidate will support member enrollment and eligibility processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Job Responsibilities:

• Process member enrollment and eligibility requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review, validate, and update information in the appropriate systems.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient processing of transactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Technical Degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience processing individual and group enrollment activities, preferably with Medicare Advantage products within the healthcare industry.
• Intermediate proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English proficiency (Intermediate preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and commitment to quality.

Required Availability:

• On-site position.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Compensation:

• Salary: $13.00 per hour.
