Lead commercial growth across Australasia for a globally respected business aviation company that is investing, expanding, and building for the future. As Regional Director Sales Australasia, you will own sales performance across the regional portfolio while contributing to broader APAC growth priorities in partnership with the VP Sales and Business Development APAC. This is a senior leadership role, but it is also a highly hands-on, front-line sales role for a leader who is motivated by customer engagement, market presence, and winning business directly. Your Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers responsible for assigned customer accounts and countries within the regional portfolio, ensuring strong execution against sales priorities and revenue goals.
- Deliver sales performance across the Australasia portfolio while supporting wider APAC commercial objectives in partnership with the VP Sales and Business Development APAC.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that grow customer value, increase share of wallet, and strengthen long-term client loyalty across multiple lines of business.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, decision-makers, partners, and industry stakeholders to support retention, cross-selling, and new business growth.
- Drive new business development through targeted prospecting, qualification, proposal follow-up, and effective commercial closure of opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with APAC colleagues and service-line stakeholders, including Singapore MRO, to deliver integrated customer solutions aligned to regional account needs.
- Represent Jet Aviation in the market through customer visits, networking, and industry events, while providing regular sales reporting and market insight to support growth planning.
What will help you to Succeed
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least 10 years of relevant sales experience, ideally including leadership across complex B2B or multi-service environments.
- Experience leading teams while also maintaining a strong personal presence in front-line commercial activity.
- Demonstrated success in strategic account growth, new business development, and commercial execution.
- Have a deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and confidence operating within a matrix organization.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation capability with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- A high level of self-motivation, commercial drive, and personal accountability, with the ability to lead from the front.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel frequently across APAC, with occasional global travel as business needs require.
Advantageous Experience
- Experience in business aviation, aerospace, premium services, or another highly relationship-driven B2B environment.
- Experience working across multiple service lines where cross-selling, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration are key to success.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a customer-focused, results-driven approach
