  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent analytics, and industry insights to identify and attract exceptional candidates.

  • Build scalable recruiting programs and processes that improve technical hiring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Design structured interview frameworks and candidate experiences that promote fair, effective, and inclusive hiring decisions.
  • Mentor recruiting peers and contribute to the development of talent acquisition best practices across teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, compensation, finance, operations, and talent acquisition teams to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools, recruiting technology, and data-driven approaches to improve sourcing, evaluation, and workforce insights.
  • Manage complex negotiations and executive-level closing strategies, including compensation and equity discussions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in technical recruiting, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-moving technology environment.

  • Extensive full-cycle technical recruiting experience focused on software engineering, AI/ML, technical program management, and engineering leadership roles within technology or technology-adjacent organizations.
  • Proven experience partnering with VP-level executives, senior business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of modern technical talent markets, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing strategic recruiting initiatives at regional, global, or organizational levels.
  • Experience mentoring recruiters and leading collaborative talent acquisition programs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex hiring decisions.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with talent intelligence, market mapping, recruiting metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
  • Experience hiring technical talent across North America and Latin America is preferred.
  • Experience contributing to global recruiting programs or large-scale talent initiatives is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with an estimated salary range based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Eligibility to participate in equity and corporate bonus programs.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical coverage.
  • Retirement savings program with employer contributions.
  • Paid sick time, personal time off, and generous leave programs.
  • Paid parental leave and wellness benefits.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with global teams and build meaningful professional connections.
  • Support for employee development, learning, and career growth.
