JOB DESCRIPTION – DEPOSITOR/FORM DEPT.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Pour the correct amount of batter into pans according to production standards.
• Monitor product size, height, and weight throughout the shift and make adjustments as needed to ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.
• Set up, operate, disassemble, and clean equipment according to company procedures.
• Report equipment maintenance and repair needs to management promptly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency in a fast-paced bakery environment.

• Passion for working in a bakery environment.
• Two to five years of related bakery or food production experience preferred.
• Valid California Food Handler Card (required for employees who prepare, store, or serve food).
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience operating a depositor, deck oven, rack oven, and spiral mixer is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, safety guidelines, and other work-related documents.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift ingredients or products as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products.
