- Lead the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives, including product launches, go-to-market programs, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional business projects.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, developer relations, and executive leadership to align priorities and ensure seamless execution across teams.
- Translate high-level objectives into structured project plans with clear milestones, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and decision frameworks.
- Develop and maintain scalable operational processes, including executive reviews, quarterly business reviews, dashboards, planning cycles, and performance tracking.
- Communicate complex technical, operational, and business information through concise reports, presentations, and executive-ready recommendations.
- Identify execution risks, resolve blockers, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure initiatives remain on schedule and achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate operational activities such as project reviews, documentation, decision tracking, and follow-up actions to support organizational effectiveness.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, product operations, chief of staff, or a related business function.
- Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous challenges into actionable execution plans and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage several concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical or organizational complexity into clear, executive-level communications.
- Strong execution mindset with the flexibility to contribute strategically while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operational delivery.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments with changing priorities and a high degree of ambiguity.
- Experience working with technical products, AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or related technology environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $150,000 to $187,500 USD.
