Accountabilities
  • Lead the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives, including product launches, go-to-market programs, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional business projects.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, developer relations, and executive leadership to align priorities and ensure seamless execution across teams.
  • Translate high-level objectives into structured project plans with clear milestones, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and decision frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain scalable operational processes, including executive reviews, quarterly business reviews, dashboards, planning cycles, and performance tracking.
  • Communicate complex technical, operational, and business information through concise reports, presentations, and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Identify execution risks, resolve blockers, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure initiatives remain on schedule and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate operational activities such as project reviews, documentation, decision tracking, and follow-up actions to support organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, product operations, chief of staff, or a related business function.
  • Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous challenges into actionable execution plans and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage several concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical or organizational complexity into clear, executive-level communications.
  • Strong execution mindset with the flexibility to contribute strategically while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operational delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments with changing priorities and a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Experience working with technical products, AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or related technology environments is highly preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $150,000 to $187,500 USD.
  • Fully remote work within the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% employer-paid coverage for employees and eligible family members.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer matching and immediate vesting.
  • Paid parental leave, including up to 20 weeks for primary caregivers and 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Monthly reimbursement for internet and mobile phone expenses.
  • Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance.
  • Career development and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Flexible work environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and international workplace.
  • Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and cloud infrastructure initiatives with meaningful business impact.
