Your responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Represent client brands at live promotional events, retail activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with customers while increasing brand awareness.
• Educate customers about products, services, and current promotions.
• Assist with event marketing, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer and campaign records.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
• Participate in paid training focused on customer service, communication, leadership, and professional development.
• Help create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.
