Job Description

About Atmosphere TV

Atmosphere is the leading streaming TV platform built specifically for businesses. Unlike ad networks or signage companies, Atmosphere is the only true TV company whose first priority is to entertain television audiences outside of the home. Our content is designed to be fun, engaging, and worth watching, transforming gyms, bars, airports, and restaurants into better experiences for customers and better businesses for owners.

We are the first and only company to think about both the business owner and their customers when creating TV content. With 60,000+ venues and a global audience of over 150 million monthly viewers, Atmosphere is redefining what TV means outside the living room.

About the role

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to drive the initiatives that matter most to the business. This is not a role with a fixed lane. You'll be dropped onto our highest-leverage problems across in-venue experience, advertising, and internal AI enablement, and you'll be expected to own each one end-to-end: getting close to the customer, framing the opportunity, aligning stakeholders, and shipping with a small product pod of designers and engineers.

The core of this job is understanding our customers better than anyone else in the building. You'll quickly develop an accurate picture of what venues, advertisers, and internal teams actually need, use it to prioritize what matters most, and make those insights impossible for the team to ignore. The right person is entrepreneurial and moves fast, but knows how to bring departments along rather than run past them. You should also be among the most progressive AI users in any room you enter, actively raising the bar for AI-driven productivity across the whole organization, not just within product.

This position will report to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, and is on-site in Austin, TX! Availability to be in-office 4-5 days a week is required.

What you'll do

  • Own key business initiatives end-to-end across in-venue experience, advertising, and internal AI enablement, from problem framing through ship and measurement.
  • Get deep with users and customers (venues, advertisers, internal teams), rapidly build an understanding of their needs, prioritize what matters most, and bring those insights back to the team.
  • Bring the org along on the product roadmap and vision: communicate the why, build conviction across departments, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction.
  • Use AI as a daily tool for research, analysis, and prototyping, making ideas concrete for stakeholders and users quickly.
  • Teach the org: evangelize and train teams on AI productivity patterns, and build the playbooks that make everyone faster.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, and operations to align on priorities and unblock execution.
  • Define success metrics for every initiative, make sure the right instrumentation exists to measure them, and hold the line on outcomes over output.
  • Work within a small product pod alongside design and engineering, keeping the team focused on the few things that matter.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer instincts: a track record of quickly understanding customer needs and turning them into the right priorities
  • A demonstrated ability to get stuff done: you ship, and you have the track record to prove it
  • Entrepreneurial ownership with the collaboration instincts to work across every department
  • Extremely progressive daily AI usage: research, analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar), with the ability to teach others
  • Strong data analysis and instrumentation skills: you define the metrics that matter, ensure they're tracked, and pull your own answers from the data
  • 5+ years of product management experience on software products
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear product writing
  • Bias towards simplicity

Nice to Haves:

  • Domain experience in streaming media, ad tech, or B2B SMB software
  • Experience as a founder or early employee at a startup
  • Technical background sufficient to prototype without engineering support
  • Experience building or deploying internal AI tooling

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Company Equity
  • Company 401(k) with employer matching
  • Competitive insurance plans
  • Flexible Time Off Policy

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.

Don't meet every single requirement? Research shows that women and underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply for roles unless they meet all the criteria. At Atmosphere, we're committed to building a diverse, inclusive team where creativity, innovation, and teamwork matter most. If you're passionate about this role but your experience doesn't check every box, we still want to hear from you. You might just be the right fit for this or another role on our team.
