The Product Manager, Credit Card Growth will own and scale key initiatives within a rapidly growing consumer financial product area.

The Product Manager, Credit Card Growth will be responsible for driving acquisition growth, improving customer experiences, and leading cross-functional product initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.
- Own the credit card growth funnel end-to-end, becoming the subject matter expert on performance drivers, user behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion paths, and prioritize product investments.
- Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap, designing tests that improve acquisition, engagement, and overall product performance.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to move quickly from ideas and hypotheses to launched product experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Credit, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to develop new acquisition channels, product strategies, and differentiated customer experiences.
- Identify customer pain points and translate insights into product solutions that improve usability and business outcomes.
- Measure the impact of product initiatives, monitor results, and continuously refine strategies based on learnings.
- Contribute to broader credit card product priorities beyond growth, including customer management and emerging opportunities.
- Build strong internal partnerships and help establish scalable processes for future product expansion.
The ideal candidate has strong product management experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. They are customer-focused, highly collaborative, and comfortable owning complex initiatives from strategy through delivery.
- 3–4+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles, preferably within technology startups or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an analytical or technical discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience defining metrics, measuring performance, and using data to guide product decisions.
- Proficiency with SQL required; experience with Python, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to shape product direction based on user needs and behaviors.
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives involving multiple teams.
- Ability to design and test hypotheses independently while solving problems with limited direction.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and logical structuring skills.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and detailed execution.
