Join a fitness team that’s all about empowering healthier, happier lives. SCLHCA WellFit is looking for a motivating, knowledgeable Personal Trainer who loves helping people reach their goals and thrives in a positive, community focused environment.

What You’ll Do
• Build and grow your resident-client base through connection and creativity
• Design personalized training plans that inspire results
• Teach proper exercise techniques and offer expert fitness guidance
• Lead small group training sessions to expand our class offerings
• Keep our fitness spaces safe, clean, and welcoming
• Maintain accurate documentation and use SCLHCA scheduling software
• Support residents through orientations, assessments, and ongoing motivation
• Work across both Orchard Creek and Kilaga Springs Fitness Centers

What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current Personal Training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or related degree)
• Current First Aid and Adult CPR certifications (or ability to obtain before first
session)
• Must have a valid CA driver’s license
• Strong communication skills (English) and a customer focused mindset
• Detail oriented, dependable, and energetic
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors
