Job Summary:
Thrive has established a centralized hub for all workstation builds, including new user setups and terminations for each client. With the expansion through PetVet, the Workstation Deployment Team now manages the staging and configuration of network hardware, time clocks, and more. The Workstation Deployment Coordinator will oversee deployment operations, manage scheduling, and ensure a seamless process for workstation builds and network hardware configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital management and associates to schedule on-site PC deployments.
- Work closely with Thrive IT teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruptions.
- Interface with all business units to gather and validate documentation before assigning workstation builds.
- Create and manage workstation orders for PetVet that are initiated through RevPortal.
- Process peripheral orders and ensure all orders are completed efficiently.
- Develop and maintain workstation deployment schedules to align with business needs.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of workstation deployment engineers.
- Assign tasks as needed to PetVet Engineers to facilitate efficient workstation deployments.
- Coordinate any onsite deployments with hospital managers.
- Collaborate with leadership (Luis) and project delivery teams on major IT initiatives, including:
- Firewall implementations
- Windows 11 upgrades
- Workstation refresh projects
- Support continuous improvement efforts by refining deployment workflows and ensuring best practices are followed.
Thrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $40,000 annually. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, location and certifications.
