Primary Duties- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Develop a thorough understanding of AC Infinity products and services (training provided).
- Manage and support customer accounts.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Answer general and technical product-related questions.
- Guide customers through product setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, exchanges, and returns using various software systems.
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve product or service concerns.
- Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable, and high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal instructions clearly.
- Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and live chat conversations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Technical aptitude or experience with electronics, DIY projects, HVAC, or similar products is a plus.
- Experience using a Customer Service Management (CSM) or CRM system is a plus.
- E-commerce customer service experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math skills required.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Occasional weekends as needed
- Overtime available as needed

This is a full-time, in-person position. Remote work is not available.
Candidates relocating from outside the area must be able to relocate before their start date.
