You’ll handle the full collision-repair process, including:

• Disassembly, repair, refinishing, and reassembly of damaged vehicles
• Cutting torch use, minor welding, and fabrication
• Safe operation of shop equipment and adherence to PPE requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Communicating professionally with teammates and customers
• Delivering high-quality, detail-focused work on schedule

What you bring:

• Experience in auto body repair (frame, panel, filler, paint, blasting)
• Knowledge of HVLP, gravity-feed, or pressure-pot paint systems
• Welding/fabrication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time-management
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs with assistance)
• Ability to wear a respirator
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• High school diploma or GED
• Technical school/BOCES training a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic tool set
