Job Description

Bill Howe started AM/PM Sewer & Drain Cleaning in 1980. Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly $25-$30
  • Company vehicle, cell phone, uniforms, and PPE are provided

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an initial assessment to determine the extent of the damage, the scope, and the strategy to remediate mold, sewage, fire, and water losses.
  • Moisture map and sketch projects accurately, and communicate the scope of work with the customer, insurance adjuster, and project manager.
  • Understand all metering tools (thermal camera, penetrating and non-penetrating, thermal hygrometer, etc).
  • Accurately track and allocate materials and equipment used on each project.
  • Document each project through photos, and field reports; and save samples of materials removed.
  • Be proficient in selling jobs and signing work authorizations.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of Water Damage Restoration experience
  • IICRC WRT Certification
  • Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
  • Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

  • Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle.
  • May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
  • May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including dust.

The pay range for this role is:
25 - 30 USD per hour(San Diego)
