Position SummaryThe Warehouse Associate / Service Team Member is responsible for supporting all aspects of warehouse operations while providing exceptional internal and external customer service. This role includes pulling and completing customer orders, fabricating custom filters to specifications, packaging products for delivery or customer pickup, assisting with deliveries, inventory management, and supporting the Service Team with filter installations.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the workday, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPull, pick, and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Fabricate custom air filters according to customer specifications.
Prepare orders for customer pickup and delivery.
Assist the Service Team with filter installations at customer locations.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization.
Receive incoming shipments and verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.
Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers while delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and service area.
Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely.
Observe work areas for safety concerns, damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or operational issues and report concerns to management.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow all company policies, procedures, attendance expectations, and safety requirements.
Participate in continuous learning opportunities to increase knowledge and skill level.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support department and company objectives.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
Experience pulling orders and working from pick tickets preferred.
Delivery driving experience is a plus.
Ability to accurately read measurements and fabricate products to specifications.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Basic math skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required.
Reliable transportation required.
English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.
Comfortable working at heights.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
Comfortable working around warehouse equipment, ladders, and moderate noise levels.
Ability to work both indoors and occasionally at customer locations while assisting the Service Team.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Frequent use of hands for assembling products, packaging orders, and operating equipment.
