Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Design Expert to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting large-scale public sector programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce solution architecture, platform design, technical leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions and scalable application architectures.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design, and business process optimization.
• Develop low-code and custom Salesforce solutions using Lightning Platform best practices.
• Define data models, security architecture, sharing models, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code/design reviews, and establish development standards.
• Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases and assess impacts on existing applications.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design.
• Expertise in Lightning Experience, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), data modeling, security, and sharing models.
• Experience designing scalable, reusable Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations.
• Strong background in business process optimization, stakeholder management, and technical discovery.
• Experience in public sector, government, regulated, or compliance-driven environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Government Cloud and AI capabilities (Einstein/Agentforce) is a plus.
