What You Will Do
As a Project Supervisor, you will drive the daily success of our field technician team ensuring, strict safety compliance, high-quality production, and operational efficiency across the Cincinnati Ohio and Northern Kentucky areas. As the primary support to the Project/Field Manager, you will lead logistics, planning, and team coordination to ensure targets are achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Enforce safety protocols while fostering a culture of health and safety awareness and empowering employees to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Train technicians and address knowledge gaps as the project progresses to enhance team performance, expand knowledge base, increase the team self-sufficiency.
- Ensure that all necessary project needs including equipment, supplies, and logistical issues are properly prepared and in place.
- Maintain a consistent workload for field technicians through strategic dispatching/scheduling that pairs area location data with asset requirements.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve gaps in production actuals versus forecast derived from the provided Schedule Tracker and other resources.
- Ensure vehicle compliance through monthly inspections, documentation, and timely reporting.
- Enforces all company, client and project specific policies and procedures accurately and consistently.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours will vary based on client expectations and work availability. Intermittent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Up to 10% of travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment
The job requires time outside in a variety of weather conditions and varied terrain as well as time in a more traditional office administration environment.
Physical Requirements
This position requires moderate physical activity, including frequent walking, bending, and crouching, as well as prolonged standing or sitting. Occasional work on ladders/stools may be required. The role demands routine driving to remote sites and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Strong close-vision and visual accommodation skills are necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and client services skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other scheduling/tracking software.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience
- At least 1 year of project, field supervisory, or team lead experience.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or a combination of related education and work experience preferred.
