Program Technical Manager in at Sellers & Associates

Job Description: Provide programmatic support for NSWCPD MACHALT program.

Location: Remote

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

Travel: 25%

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing programs/projects by leading cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain program management plans and processes (white/point/issue papers, etc.).
• Review performance metrics and ensure delivery to cost, schedule, and technical requirements are met.
• Track and move efforts to solve complex issues with engineering, production, quality, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the development of configurations plans, technical drawings and diagrams, and training materials.
• Coordinate with various activities in the Department of the Navy (Program Offices, TYCOMS, RMCs, etc.) to discuss Operational Plans and manage program risks and opportunities.
• Assess and monitor project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality.
• Engage with senior leadership and manage customer interactions, communication and overall satisfaction
• Perform staffing planning across current and future contracts
• Facilitates regular professional meetings across program teams with active follow-up on identified action items.

Qualifications:

• 15+years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field;7years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field.
• 7+years of Program management experience
• Experience coordinating complex situations across multi-functional teams
• Experience with Subcontract management
• Sound understanding of Contracting with Government Programs
• Proven ability to lead teams through dynamic situations

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
