We need a hands-on HR professional who can recruit aggressively, move candidates through the hiring process quickly, maintain impeccable records, coordinate onboarding, support payroll operations, and help ensure organizational compliance. You'll Have Ownership Of:- Full-cycle recruitment
- Candidate sourcing and pipeline management
- Initial interviewing and candidate screening
- HRIS and employee records management
- New hire onboarding
- Payroll coordination
- Benefits administration support
- Compliance tracking
- Training and credential management

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition- Review new applications daily
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
- Coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Maintain active recruiting pipelines
- Track hiring metrics and staffing risks
- Ensure position postings remain competitive and compliant
- Manage onboarding activities
- Maintain personnel files
- Coordinate payroll workflows
- Support benefits administration
- Track credentials and required training
- Ensure survey-ready HR documentation at all times
