• Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare role
• Certification in CPR or first aid
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Strong verbal/written skills
• Patience and empathy in dealing with clients
• Ability to follow HIPAA laws/protocols accurately
• Experience in personal care or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
