As a Workday Certified Financial Consultant specializing in Strategic Sourcing, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade financial transformation projects for clients across various industries. Working in a fully remote environment, you will lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment while helping organizations optimize their procurement and sourcing processes through Workday. • Lead the implementation of Workday Strategic Sourcing solutions, including business requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client knowledge transfer.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and Functional Data Model (FDM) workshops, providing best-practice guidance to ensure effective system design and organizational alignment.
• Support data migration activities and collaborate with integration teams to deploy and validate Strategic Sourcing integrations and connectors.
• Demonstrate Workday configurations through prototype development while ensuring solutions meet client business objectives.
• Partner closely with project managers and stakeholders to communicate project status, identify risks, and recommend improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Promote Workday best practices and support clients in achieving successful adoption and long-term value from their solutions.
• Mentor and coach consultants by sharing technical expertise, resolving complex challenges, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain Workday certifications, stay current with product enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.

• Current Workday Financials Certification in Strategic Sourcing.
• 4+ years of experience implementing Workday Strategic Sourcing solutions.
• Previous consulting experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
• Experience working with Workday or other enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar business applications.
• Strong understanding of financial systems implementation, business process analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend scalable, efficient business solutions.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fully remote consulting environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving client needs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on project requirements.
