The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for driving the design, development, and improvement of complex software solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. The role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration, and the ability to guide engineering teams toward effective solutions.

• Design and implement complex backend systems, APIs, microservices, and modern frontend architectures using industry best practices.
• Act as a technical expert in .NET technologies, cloud architecture, application performance, and scalable software design.
• Drive the integration of AI services and intelligent capabilities into products where appropriate.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering quality improvements.
• Mentor and support developers by sharing knowledge, encouraging best practices, and improving team capabilities.
• Promote secure-by-design development practices, including threat modeling and proactive security considerations.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines support automated testing, quality controls, security checks, and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical roadmaps and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues through advanced debugging and diagnostic approaches.
• Support cloud cost optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply modern engineering principles including clean code practices, distributed architecture, and domain-driven development approaches.

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack software engineer with strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud environments, and modern software architecture. They should demonstrate leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, Visual Studio, and Microsoft development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies including Angular (version 2+), JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, and HTML.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, backend development, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures with distributed communication.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows, including the use of AI for design, coding, or testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Understanding of Domain Driven Development, Event Sourcing, and scalable application architecture.
• Ability to mentor team members, communicate effectively, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills, including experience interacting with clients.
• Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, multitasking abilities, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to independently research, evaluate, and implement technical solutions.
