We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers an opportunity to work across West Valley locations—rotating between Goodyear, Glendale, and Phoenix clinics—in a collaborative, family-centered environment where children thrive through evidence-based, play-focused therapy.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-Clinic Practice: Provide clinical services across West Valley clinic locations (Goodyear, Glendale, and 19th Ave).
Assessment & Diagnosis: Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children; conduct comprehensive assessments to inform individualized treatment planning.
Treatment Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques; utilize a naturalistic, play-based approach to engage children in meaningful learning experiences.
Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Educate and coach families to support carryover and communication success at home and in the community; maintain open communication regarding client progress.
Team Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists, and educators) to ensure integrated, holistic care; participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development initiatives.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete assessments, progress notes, and reports accurately and on schedule; maintain compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications Required
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current and valid SLP license through the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) (or eligible).
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification; must successfully pass a criminal background check and obtain a DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Experience: Prior experience working with children in clinical, educational, or therapeutic settings preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities; flexibility to travel between West Valley clinic locations (Goodyear, Glendale, and 19th Ave).
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor) for extended periods; must move quickly to ensure client safety.
