IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to become a key technical specialist responsible for enterprise data integration and DevOps across a Microsoft-based technology ecosystem.
You will design and optimize data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and transformation processes that support critical business operations and decision-making.
The position combines hands-on data engineering with DevOps, automation, deployment, and operational reliability.
You will help ensure data remains accurate, secure, accessible, and scalable for reporting, analytics, automation, and emerging AI initiatives.
Working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership, you will translate organizational needs into dependable technology solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise data integrations, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, data flows, and pipelines across Microsoft technologies, including Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure enterprise data is accurate, consistent, secure, available, and reliable across operational and analytical environments.
  • Develop data models, transformation processes, and structures that support reporting, business intelligence, analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through profiling, reconciliation, validation, quality controls, governance, and stewardship practices.
  • Support data security, compliance, and governance initiatives while ensuring technology solutions align with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, environment configurations, and release management processes using DevOps best practices.
  • Support reliable deployments across development, testing, and production environments while monitoring system performance and resolving integration, data, and deployment issues.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and IT leadership to align data solutions and platform capabilities with business objectives and reporting needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and continuously identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, systems integration, data engineering, DevOps, or a related technical discipline, preferably within Microsoft-based environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, database design, data transformation, and enterprise data integration.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and large-scale data solutions.
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, automation, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, enterprise reporting architectures, data governance, and data quality practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Salary: $105,000–$110,000 per year.
