Your Mission
As a Maintenance Technician III, you’ll be one of the key forces behind keeping our advanced CNC machining operations running at peak performance. You’ll work with an impressive lineup of cutting-edge equipment—from multi?axis mill?turns to massive vertical lathes, water jets, press brakes, and more. No two days look the same. You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems—all while helping drive the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do
• Maintain, repair, and optimize critical production machinery
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on multi?axis CNC machines (5?axis milling, mill?turn, horizontal/vertical lathes)
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure maximum machine uptime
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, amplifiers, I/O devices, and sensors
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems including pumps, valves, actuators, and filtration assemblies
• Troubleshoot precision mechanical assemblies including ballscrews, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes
• Safely operate forklifts and company vehicles
• Support production operations and collaborate with cross?functional teams to optimize performance

What You Bring
• U.S. citizenship / Permanent Resident required
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance technician experience
• Strong background in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair
• Experience with CNC control systems: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Doosan, Allen Bradley, Mori?Seki
• Hands?on experience installing, aligning, and commissioning 5?axis machines and lathes
• Ability to adjust CNC geometry (straightness, squareness, linear accuracy, servo tuning, TCP)
• Knowledge of aerospace-grade machine tool operations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Forklift operation experience (certification or ability to obtain)
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office for documentation
• Collaborative, self?driven, and adaptable—ready to work overtime or weekends as needed

Physical Requirements
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, typing, and communicating
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb, reach, twist, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to wear required PPE (earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.)
