As the Manager of Order Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our Order Management operations across multiple regions. You will lead a multinational team of. Your mission will be to ensure data integrity across all regions and platforms and to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to guarantee timely and accurate shipment data for our customers.

Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a diverse, multinational logistics team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in best practices.
Data Integrity and Analysis
Ensure accuracy and integrity of logistics data by implementing effective data management processes and systems.
Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (such as Sales, Procurement, IT, Client Operations, and Warehouse Operations) to ensure seamless operations and provide timely updates on shipment statuses.
Collaborate with external distributors and partners to align logistics processes and address potential challenges proactively.
Work with Client Applications to review data flows from vendors and help prioritize data feeds from vendors.
Customer Satisfaction
Monitor shipment timelines and accuracy, ensuring customers receive timely updates and information regarding their shipments.
Act as a point of escalation for shipment related customer inquiries or issues and resolve them efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of [7] years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment.
Strong understanding of global logistics processes, customs regulations, and supply chain strategies.
Proven experience managing a multinational team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and performance improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in logistics software and tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
