What You’ll Do:

Navitas Business Consulting Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to support development, enhancement, integration, and sustainment of the Agency's EEOCDS, E-File, and AHPMT platforms. The Software Engineer will develop new functionality, resolve production issues, implement system enhancements, and support modernization efforts utilizing Agile software development practices.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance Entellitrak-based applications.
• Develop workflows, business rules, forms, reports, and application components.
• Analyze user stories and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement software enhancements and product upgrades.
• Troubleshoot production defects and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions.
• Develop and execute unit testing.
• Support system integrations and API development.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Support software releases and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and testing teams to ensure secure, high-quality solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience developing enterprise software applications.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Set yourself apart:

• Entellitrak development experience.
• Government application development experience.
• Experience supporting Health IT systems.

The pay range provided is a good-faith estimate and represents the range the company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Individual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and business needs.
