Job Purpose: The Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that position Pearl Interactive Network ("Pearl") as an employer of choice while attracting top talent across multiple business lines. This role combines strategic talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital engagement, and workforce intelligence to ensure Pearl maintains a competitive advantage in acquiring exceptional talent. Unlike a traditional recruiter, the Senior GTM Recruiter owns the candidate attraction strategy from initial market analysis through candidate engagement, leveraging digital marketing, social media, employment branding, and data analytics to build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. | |||

Physical Requirements This position operates in a remote environment but may require periodic travel to recruiting events, client locations, educational institutions, and community outreach activities.
