Job Purpose:

The Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that position Pearl Interactive Network ("Pearl") as an employer of choice while attracting top talent across multiple business lines. This role combines strategic talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital engagement, and workforce intelligence to ensure Pearl maintains a competitive advantage in acquiring exceptional talent.

Unlike a traditional recruiter, the Senior GTM Recruiter owns the candidate attraction strategy from initial market analysis through candidate engagement, leveraging digital marketing, social media, employment branding, and data analytics to build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market recruiting strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, corporate, and contract positions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for incumbent capture opportunities, contract startups, and surge hiring initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting plans.
  • Identify innovative sourcing channels that improve candidate quality while reducing time-to-fill.

Recruitment Marketing

  • Design and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Develop compelling job advertisements, promotional materials, videos, graphics, and employment branding content.
  • Create campaign strategies supporting contract launches, hiring events, military recruiting initiatives, and university partnerships.
  • Coordinate targeted advertising campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
  • Continuously evaluate recruitment marketing effectiveness and optimize campaign performance.

Employer Brand Management

  • Serve as the organization's recruitment brand ambassador.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent employer value proposition.
  • Create employee success stories, testimonials, and recruitment-focused communications.
  • Ensure all recruiting materials accurately represent Pearl's culture, mission, and values.

Social Media Leadership

  • Own and manage Pearl's recruiting presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, Instagram, and other social media recruiting platforms.
  • Develop monthly recruiting content calendars.
  • Publish engaging employment-related content that increases candidate engagement.
  • Monitor social media metrics and optimize recruiting campaigns based on performance.
  • Respond appropriately to candidate inquiries and strengthen online employer reputation.

Market Intelligence & Workforce Planning

  • Analyze labor market trends, wage data, competitor recruiting strategies, and talent availability.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights regarding compensation, recruiting challenges, and workforce availability.
  • Recommend adjustments to recruiting strategies based on market conditions.
  • Support proposal development by providing labor market intelligence for staffing strategies.

Candidate Experience

  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain consistent communication with applicants.
  • Develop talent communities for future hiring opportunities.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and virtual hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure all candidates receive timely updates throughout the hiring process.

Recruitment Technology & Analytics

  • Optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows and recruiting technology.
  • Evaluate emerging recruitment technologies, automation tools, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms.

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Develop relationships with colleges, universities, workforce development agencies, veteran organizations, and community partners.
  • Represent Pearl at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting conferences.
  • Build strategic relationships that expand candidate pipelines.
  • Support diversity recruiting initiatives through community outreach.

Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Develop recruiting best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends, digital engagement strategies, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to HR, Marketing, Business Admin, or Communications.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive recruiting experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years leading recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital recruiting platforms and social media recruiting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting in government contracting, call center, healthcare, technology, or professional services environment.

Physical Requirements

This position operates in a remote environment but may require periodic travel to recruiting events, client locations, educational institutions, and community outreach activities. The Senior GTM Recruiter may be responsible for handling and transporting marketing material to and from these events.
