- Consistent location — Desert Sky office in West Phoenix, easy access from the I-10 and Loop 101
What You'll Be Doing
This is a full-scope oral surgery role. The bulk of the work centers on:
- IV sedation and conscious sedation cases
- Surgical extractions, including impacted third molars
- Implants
- Complex extractions, alveoloplasty, and pre-prosthetic surgery
- Pathology, biopsies, and the broader scope of OMFS within an outpatient setting
You bring the hands. We bring the patients, the staff, the instruments, the assistants, and the back-office.
Who We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD with completed OMFS residency (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery)
- Active Arizona dental license (or eligible and willing to obtain)
- Current DEA registration and Arizona sedation permit (or actively pursuing)
- Comfortable running a busy surgical schedule and leading a chairside team
- Patient-first mindset — Risas serves a diverse, underserved community, and bedside manner matters here
New grads from accredited OMFS programs are encouraged to apply.
