What you will be doing in your role:

Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy
Building a great rapport with customers
Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
Converting interest into sales
Achieving individual and team sales targets
Ensuring the space always has premium standards

What experience youll need to be successful:

Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
Able to work independently

Other qualities we are looking for:

Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others

Training :

In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses
Customer service sales training

What do we offer:

£15 per hour plus incentive
10 hours contract
Fixed term contract, 6 months ( June-December)
Location: John Lewis, Bluewater
Working days: Sat and Sun
5 hrs shift: Sat 10am-3pm, Sun 11am-4pm
Professional training will be provided
