Vanguard Resources, Inc. (VRI) is hiring a Full-Time Day Porter / Building Services Attendant to support our client, the American Heart Association, at their corporate office campus in Dallas. This is a hands-on role for someone who is professional, takes pride in keeping buildings clean, organized, safe, and welcoming throughout the workday.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Keep lobbies, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas clean and presentable
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the day
• Clean spills and respond to minor facility needs
• Assist with meeting room setups
• Report maintenance issues as needed
• Provide friendly, professional service to employees and visitors
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment
