This role sits at the heart of a major go-to-market evolution within a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. You will lead a high-impact transformation shifting the organization from a traditional seat-based pricing model to a modern consumption-based structure. Working across Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and Business Systems, you will drive the redesign of critical revenue processes and enabling systems. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program execution across pricing, quoting, forecasting, and revenue intelligence. You will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with senior executives to align vision and execution. This is a visible and influential position that directly shapes how revenue is generated, measured, and scaled.
- Lead end-to-end program management for the consumption-based pricing transformation, ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations
- Drive modernization of GTM systems and architecture, including CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP integrations to support usage-based models
- Redesign key revenue processes such as quoting, forecasting, segmentation, compensation, and expansion motions to align with new pricing structures
- Partner with data and revenue intelligence teams to build scalable frameworks for usage tracking, forecasting accuracy, and performance measurement
- Establish governance models, executive reporting, and cross-functional operating rhythms to ensure delivery against milestones and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in high-growth SaaS or AI-driven organizations
- Proven experience driving pricing model transformations from seat-based to consumption or usage-based structures
- Strong understanding of revenue architecture, including SKU design, usage metrics, contract structuring, and revenue recognition implications
- Deep familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ tools, billing platforms, and ERP ecosystems
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments with strong execution discipline
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
