- Serve as the primary strategic contact for high-value enterprise accounts, managing relationships across executive stakeholders, departments, and business units.
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies, including growth plans, KPI tracking, risk management, and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Lead integrated multi-channel digital marketing initiatives aligned with client business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights, market trends, and digital performance analytics to improve business outcomes.
- Own revenue retention and account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across products and services.
- Partner with internal teams including paid media, analytics, creative, product, and sales to ensure seamless execution and a consistent client experience.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, quarterly business reviews, and strategic reporting focused on ROI, performance insights, and future opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, identify risks or optimization opportunities, and advocate internally to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends, privacy regulations, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to support strategic client guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital account management, enterprise client services, or a similar consultative role within an agency, SaaS, or digital services environment.
- Proven success managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts with multiple stakeholders and executive-level engagement.
- Experience in a quota-carrying role with responsibility for renewals, forecasting, upselling, and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, CRM, analytics, and first-party data strategies.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect digital marketing performance to broader organizational goals and executive priorities.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with experience leading strategic client discussions.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities across multiple complex workstreams.
