- Review, investigate, and process insurance claims while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and service standards.
- Educate customers on insurance benefit programs, claims procedures, and settlement outcomes with professionalism and empathy.
- Analyze claim documentation for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility, escalating complex or questionable claims when necessary.
- Make claim approval or denial decisions within assigned authority levels and document all activities thoroughly in internal systems.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and quality assurance across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with internal departments, management, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry updates, policy changes, and evolving claims procedures to ensure accurate and effective claims handling.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a related insurance claims role.
- Active All-Lines (Independent/Company) insurance license with continuing education requirements up to date.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional customer correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Candidates located within commuting distance of Miami, FL should be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $19.08 to $30.53 per hour based on experience and location.
