This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing – Founding Team in Germany.
In this role, you will step into a high-impact founding marketing position, responsible for building the entire go-to-market and growth engine for a new market entry from the ground up. You will shape brand presence, demand generation, and pipeline creation in a complex, highly regulated environment where trust and credibility are essential. Operating fully remotely, you will act as the first marketing leader in the region, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a rare opportunity to define positioning, create category awareness, and directly influence commercial growth in one of Europe’s most competitive markets. You will collaborate closely with global leadership while owning local execution with full autonomy and accountability.
- Build and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a new market entry, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Design and implement full-funnel demand generation initiatives to drive qualified pipeline and support sales growth
- Establish brand awareness and credibility in a traditional, compliance-driven market through content, events, PR, and digital campaigns
- Work closely with sales, growth, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives and pipeline targets
- Launch and optimize performance marketing, ABM, and community-building initiatives tailored to the German market
- Define, track, and optimize key marketing KPIs such as MQLs, SAL conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with ownership of growth or marketing functions in high-growth environments
- Proven experience building marketing strategies from scratch, ideally within the German market or DACH region
- Strong expertise in full-funnel demand generation, including performance marketing, ABM, and pipeline generation
- Deep understanding of German business culture, buyer behavior, and enterprise decision-making processes
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to manage budgets based on ROI and performance metrics
- Fluency in both German and English at a professional level (C1/C2 or native equivalent)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fully remote-first working model with flexibility across Germany and Europe
- Competitive compensation package with base salary between €75,000 – €100,000
