DSRT SURF isn’t a traditional workplace, and we’re not looking for traditional food and beverage staff.

We’re building a fast growing hospitality and lifestyle brand where surf culture, guest experience, food and beverage, and community come together in a unique way. We’re looking for energetic, guest focused team members who are excited to help create a fun, welcoming, and memorable hospitality experience throughout the property.

Our Food & Beverage Team supports a variety of guest facing hospitality roles across the property.

Team members may assist with guest service, food and beverage operations, lounge and poolside hospitality, service support, setup, organization, and overall guest experience throughout the property.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver welcoming and attentive food and beverage service throughout the property
• Support guests with orders, hospitality needs, and overall guest experience
• Assist with food and beverage operations, setup, stocking, organization, and service support
• Help maintain clean, organized, and guest ready hospitality environments at all times
• Communicate professionally with guests, leadership, culinary, and operational teams
• Support lounge, cabana, poolside, and guest facing hospitality areas as needed
• Help maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards across all service areas
• Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support smooth daily operations

What You Bring

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, resort, lounge, nightlife, poolside, or food and beverage experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and guest first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast paced hospitality environments
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Comfortable working outdoors and in active hospitality settings
• Bartending or responsible beverage service experience is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments
• Stoke

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout indoor and outdoor operational areas for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions
• Ability to maintain a high level of guest interaction throughout shifts
• Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality and food and beverage environment

Schedule Expectations

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events may be required based on operational needs.
