As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the direction, coordination, and successful execution of specific projects in alignment with company strategy, commitments, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of projects from our facility here in Houston, TX.
Define project scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and deliverables in collaboration with supervision.
Identify project tasks, resource requirements, and allocation.
Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule using MS Project.
Monitor and control project schedule adherence.
Manage, monitor, and control project budgets effectively.
Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Track and ensure the completion of project deliverables.
Provide guidance and support to project teams.
Oversee quality assurance processes for all projects.
Regularly monitor and report project progress to stakeholders.
Present reports outlining project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Implement and manage project changes to achieve desired outcomes.
Conduct project evaluations and assess results accordingly.

Work Experience and Education Requirements:
Highly preferred - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or Engineering, or Science
Required - Minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager in HVAC or Assembly/Fabrication
Required - Proficiency in MS Project
Required experience utilizing project management methodologies in HVAC or Assembly/Fabrication
Required - Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
Required - Effective leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities in a Project Manager role
Required - Skilled in negotiation, delegation, and conflict resolution in a Project Manager role
