As Director of Integrated Business Planning, you will drive alignment across finance, supply chain, operations, and regional business units to strengthen organizational performance and execution. You will play a central role in advancing best-in-class IBP and S&OE processes while supporting strategic growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. The role is fully remote within the United States and includes moderate travel for collaboration and project execution.
- Lead and evolve enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning governance processes, including Financial Projection Reviews and Management Business Reviews.
- Drive alignment between financial, operational, and supply chain planning activities to support business growth and performance objectives.
- Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to improve planning effectiveness and operational decision-making.
- Facilitate executive-level decision-making by presenting scenarios, trade-offs, risks, and strategic recommendations.
- Strengthen Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and ensure escalation mechanisms are integrated into broader IBP strategies.
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional leadership teams to create unified planning approaches.
- Coach, mentor, and develop IBP team members, process owners, and facilitators to build organizational capability and planning maturity.
- Act as an escalation point for data quality and process integrity issues while ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across matrixed teams to optimize planning processes and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in financial planning, supply chain planning, process improvement, or related fields, including 7+ years of leadership experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years in management.
- Strong expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SIOP, S&OP, and S&OE methodologies and implementation.
- Proven experience driving enterprise-wide process transformation and operational improvements in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trade-offs, and influence strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across functions and aligning multiple business units toward shared goals.
- High level of business acumen with understanding of commercial operating models and operational planning frameworks.
- Ability to lead change initiatives and foster collaboration in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making at executive levels.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed for collaboration and project delivery.
- Competitive salary ranging from $176,000 to $264,000 USD annually.
