This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide planning strategy within a globally recognized healthcare technology environment. As Director of Integrated Business Planning, you will drive alignment across finance, supply chain, operations, and regional business units to strengthen organizational performance and execution. You will play a central role in advancing best-in-class IBP and S&OE processes while supporting strategic growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Working in a highly collaborative and innovation-focused setting, you will influence senior stakeholders, guide transformation initiatives, and help create scalable planning frameworks across a complex global organization. The role is fully remote within the United States and includes moderate travel for collaboration and project execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and evolve enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning governance processes, including Financial Projection Reviews and Management Business Reviews.
  • Drive alignment between financial, operational, and supply chain planning activities to support business growth and performance objectives.
  • Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to improve planning effectiveness and operational decision-making.
  • Facilitate executive-level decision-making by presenting scenarios, trade-offs, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Strengthen Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and ensure escalation mechanisms are integrated into broader IBP strategies.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and regional leadership teams to create unified planning approaches.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop IBP team members, process owners, and facilitators to build organizational capability and planning maturity.
  • Act as an escalation point for data quality and process integrity issues while ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across matrixed teams to optimize planning processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in financial planning, supply chain planning, process improvement, or related fields, including 7+ years of leadership experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years in management.
  • Strong expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SIOP, S&OP, and S&OE methodologies and implementation.
  • Proven experience driving enterprise-wide process transformation and operational improvements in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trade-offs, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across functions and aligning multiple business units toward shared goals.
  • High level of business acumen with understanding of commercial operating models and operational planning frameworks.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and foster collaboration in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making at executive levels.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed for collaboration and project delivery.
