Method to assess remote work: Asynchronous Peer Writing Specialists will be assessed on the quality of their written feedback to students and satisfactory completion of all employment facets of the position. Assessment is intended to support ongoing learning and development, and will take into account the following:

Consistent engagement with submissions in the queue and other assigned work
Quality, clarity, and timeliness of written asynchronous feedback provided to students
Ability to work independently and exhibit model student behavior
Cooperation and teamwork with supervisors, colleagues, and peers
