In this role, you will contribute to the modernization of digital workplace environments by designing, packaging, and deploying standardized software and system configurations across complex IT landscapes. Your expertise will help streamline Windows client and server deployments while improving operational efficiency and security. Accountabilities:

Design, package, and deploy software solutions for Windows client and server environments, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across systems
Manage and optimize endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, MECM, Ivanti Neurons, or similar tools
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and contribute to workflow automation using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
Support the administration and lifecycle management of modern workplace infrastructures in hybrid and cloud-based environments
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve deployment and packaging processes
Contribute to the evolution of IT standards, documentation, and best practices within a modern digital workplace ecosystem

Requirements:

Several years of experience in IT administration, IT consulting, or modern workplace engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with endpoint management and software packaging solutions (e.g., Intune, MECM, Ivanti, DSM, or equivalent tools)
Solid expertise in Windows client and server administration, including deployment and lifecycle management
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and familiarity with automation frameworks or tools
Good understanding of cloud and hybrid IT environments and their integration with endpoint management solutions
Structured, independent working style with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent German and English skills at C1 level or higher
