Job Description
Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who loves keeping things organized, helping the team, and making the day run smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Dental Assistant to join our team in a unique support-focused role!
Dental assisting experience is required. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sterilization, assisting with hygiene, and jumping in wherever the doctors and dental assistants need an extra hand.
What You’ll Do
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys the clinical side of dentistry but is looking for a role with variety and teamwork. You’ll be an important part of keeping our office running efficiently while supporting both our doctors and clinical team.
Schedule: 3 or 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sterilization area
- Assist with assisted hygiene as needed
- Serve as an extra assistant/floater to support doctors and other assistants
- Help with room setup, breakdown, and maintaining a smooth patient flow
- Anticipate the needs of the clinical team and step in to help wherever needed
- Keep instruments, rooms, and clinical areas clean, organized, and ready for patients
- Contribute to a positive, calm, and welcoming environment for both patients and coworkers
- Dental assisting experience is required
- Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- A hard worker who takes pride in doing things well
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant direction
- A team player with a kind, helpful, and calming personality
- Flexible and willing to jump in wherever help is needed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in cleanliness
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping coworkers and making the entire team better
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment while maintaining a positive attitude
