Dental Assistant – Sterilization & Floater Position in Amery, Wisconsin at Dental Arts

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who loves keeping things organized, helping the team, and making the day run smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Dental Assistant to join our team in a unique support-focused role!
Dental assisting experience is required. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sterilization, assisting with hygiene, and jumping in wherever the doctors and dental assistants need an extra hand.
What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sterilization area
• Assist with assisted hygiene as needed
• Serve as an extra assistant/floater to support doctors and other assistants
• Help with room setup, breakdown, and maintaining a smooth patient flow
• Anticipate the needs of the clinical team and step in to help wherever needed
• Keep instruments, rooms, and clinical areas clean, organized, and ready for patients
• Contribute to a positive, calm, and welcoming environment for both patients and coworkers

• Dental assisting experience is required
• Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record
