Contract Support Specialist - Contract Life Cycle Management (General)

Work Location: Texas Health Corporate, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011
Work Hours: Full Time Days (40hours) 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Position Summary: Support a primary focus area (within a centralized team) responsible for drafting, reviewing, redlining, executing, and amending agreements to mitigate risks and ensure compliance process are followed.
Department Highlights:
What You Will Do:
• Contract Drafting and Review: Draft from templates, review, and process contracts to ensure they meet legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies.
• Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request in Icertis or ServiceNow through execution, renewal, amendments, and data management, using the Icertis platform.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, IT, Hospital Stakeholders, Finance, and Audit teams to support document production, contract inquiries, and platform assistance.
• Provide training and support to users of the Icertis platform, contract requesters, and contract owners to ensure effective utilization and adherence to best practices.
What You Need:
Education
High school diploma or Equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience
4 Years Contract administration experience in hospital or healthcare environment required
2 Years Contract application experience required
