Job Description
Position Summary: The transporter will directly report to and communicate with the Executive
Director. The transporter will comply with established policies and procedures that may be imposed from time to time. Primary responsibilities of the trans potter include, but are not limited to, transporting
residents for group activities and/or personal appointments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides transportation service to current residents for appointments in the community.
- Responsible for maintaining a schedule of resident appointment times.
- Keeps current company information in the bus/van at all times.
- Completes incident reports as necessary.
- Maintains accurate log of vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Meet/exceed established performance goals. Additional performance requirements may be communicated.
- Job Knowledge - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of his/her job processes and procedures. Efficiently use resources (including staff and management) to obtain additional knowledge.

- Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:Education, Training, and Experience:
- Maintains CDL - with Passenger Endorsement License in good standing.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in transporting in a senior living setting preferred.
