The role offers significant autonomy, with responsibility spanning solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing optimization. You will connect CRM, legal practice management, communication, payment, and other business systems into reliable end-to-end workflows. You will collaborate with business stakeholders while independently troubleshooting and delivering scalable technical solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building beyond standard no-code configurations and taking full ownership of technical outcomes.
- Own the architecture, administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the HubSpot CRM environment, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service processes.
- Design and implement complex pipelines, custom objects, properties, associations, workflows, and advanced automation tailored to business requirements.
- Administer and optimize Clio Manage, including designing effective relationships between HubSpot contacts and deals and Clio clients and matters.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot–Clio integrations and other integrations across Microsoft 365/Outlook, telephony, websites, forms, payment platforms, and SaaS applications.
- Develop solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/API authentication, middleware, JSON, and custom code when native integrations are insufficient.
- Manage CRM data migration, deduplication, synchronization, governance, quality, and overall data architecture.
- Create management dashboards, operational reports, and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
- Manage user permissions, access controls, system documentation, and technical governance.
- Independently investigate and resolve complex workflow, integration, and system issues from initial diagnosis through implementation and maintenance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, taking ownership of design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes, automation capabilities, integrations, and overall system reliability.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM administration, architecture, configuration, and complex automation.
- Demonstrated experience working with HubSpot custom objects, associations, workflows, APIs, and advanced CRM functionality.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/API authentication, JSON, data synchronization, and integration architecture.
- Practical development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python, with the ability to write custom code beyond no-code automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, data relationships, migration, deduplication, governance, and data quality.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integrations, workflows, APIs, and automation independently.
- Experience with Clio Manage and/or the Clio API is strongly preferred.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with Microsoft 365, Outlook, telephony, payment systems, websites, or other SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms is beneficial, but candidates must be capable of developing solutions beyond no-code tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into complete technical solutions and independently design, build, test, document, and maintain them.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and highly autonomous approach to technical challenges.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- HubSpot certifications and practical examples of personally built CRM integrations, APIs, or custom development are highly valuable.
- Candidates should be comfortable completing a technical assessment as part of the selection process.
- Remote work opportunity based in India.
- High level of ownership and autonomy over a critical CRM and business systems ecosystem.
- Opportunity to work on complex HubSpot, Clio, API, automation, and integration projects.
- Exposure to international business processes and sophisticated legal technology workflows.
- Opportunity to design and implement solutions across multiple SaaS and enterprise platforms.
- Professional growth through hands-on ownership of architecture, development, automation, and systems optimization.
- Opportunity to contribute directly to process improvement, operational efficiency, and technology-driven business outcomes.
