Marketing Manager in San Jose, California at Real Smoked BBQ

We’re a growing BBQ restaurant group looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, hungry to grow, and ready to bring fresh energy to our marketing efforts. If you love food, storytelling, and building community through creative campaigns, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage content creation, including photoshoots and behind-the-scenes storytelling
• Work closely with our graphic designer to produce marketing assets
• Help shape and enhance our promo calendar with thoughtful, on-brand ideas
• Plan and execute marketing promotions across channels
• Manage our social media schedule and posting
• Engage with guests and help build brand loyalty online
• Assist with public relations and local outreach efforts
• Support marketing for new store openings
• Oversee the production and delivery of in-store POP materials

Salary & Benefits:

• Base salary starting at $85,000-$100,000

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or retail
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms a plus
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• A strong communicator who’s both creative and highly organized
• Someone who loves collaboration but is also self-motivated and takes initiative
• Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
