This is an opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of a well-established SaaS platform focused on stakeholder relationship management and ESG initiatives.
You will work across the full technology stack to design, build, and deploy scalable features that address real customer needs.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements across the SaaS platform.
- Contribute to technical decisions and the ongoing evolution of the application's software architecture.
- Develop high-performing, scalable, secure, and stable solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to identify requirements, evaluate options, and implement effective technical solutions.
- Participate actively in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, task estimation, prioritization, and delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development methodologies, engineering tools, workflows, and CI/CD processes.
- Use AI-powered development tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and innovation.
- Monitor emerging technologies and software engineering practices and assess opportunities to incorporate relevant improvements.
- Help maintain a strong engineering culture centered on quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer value.
- Degree or formal education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React, with demonstrated full-stack development capabilities.
- Experience with Git and established software development, version control, testing, and code quality practices.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, or Cursor is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning new technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to participate in technical discussions, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work autonomously, organize priorities effectively, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong commitment to product quality and continuous improvement of both technical processes and customer-facing solutions.
- CAD $85,000–$90,000 annual base salary, with the final offer determined according to experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
